Senior Smiles, LLC meets all Georgia state regulations and laws concerning the licensing and limitations for a Registered Dental Hygienist in safety net settings and under general supervision. All dental hygienists are under the general supervision of Dr. Nalini Kataria, and remain in strict compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. Senior Smiles is not an independent dental hygiene practice, and nothing shall be construed as in making Senior Smiles an independent practice. Senior Smiles follow all OSHA and HIPAA laws and rules as they pertain to our services .
